The Class A Commercial Driver License program provides a basic knowledge of the requirements for a Class A CDL. Plus, it offers enough behind-the-wheel driving time to develop the practical skills necessary to obtain a Class A CDL. Graduates of the program qualify for entry-level positions into the trucking industry.
The Class B program provides an operational knowledge of working vehicles such as cement mixers, delivery trucks or dump trucks. (Certain vehicles may require additional training, depending on the employer. We can provide that training.) Graduates of the program will earn a Class B CDL with “Air Brakes” endorsement. Select training locations also offer Passenger or School Bus endorsements – call to learn more.
Drivers with prior driving experience — within the last 2 to 3 years — should consider the Refresher Program. This program reintroduces them to the trucking industry, providing hands-on driving time and Job Placement Assistance.
